Century 21 Outstanding Homes and Humble ISD are excited to announce this new program. Based on data provided by Houston Association of Realtors, 1576 homes were closed in Humble ISD between January 1 - August 19, 2009 totaling $310,806,472.
Any qualified property that closes/funds will generate a charitable contribution for Humble ISD. The great thing, it doesn't have to just be in the Humble ISD boundaries, it can be anywhere in Greater Houston, Katy, The Woodlands, Huffman, etc. If you or anyone you know is looking to purchase or sell a home, they can qualify for this program.
